Some customers may find their websites are currently unavailable. Our engineers are investigating this issue as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will update this status entry as soon as further information becomes available.
UPDATE 14:40 - We have identified the problem and are taking the necessary steps to resolve this issue. We estimate that full operation will be restored to all affected websites within the next 2 hours.

On Friday the 30th of July between the hours of 05:30 and 05:45, some ADSL customers may be unable to connect to their service.
This is due to scheduled maintenance, and is expected to last for approximately 10 minutes. Users who are connected to their ADSL service at that time will be disconnected.
On completion of the work affected customers may need to reboot their routers in order to re-connect.
This maintenance is complete.

Due to maintenance on our SiteBuilder servers customers will be unable to edit or publish their SiteBuilder websites between 01:00 and 07:00 on Thursday 29th July. All published websites will remain unaffected.
This maintenance is taking longer than anticipated. We expect this work to be completed at around midday. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
UPDATE - This maintenance is still in progress. We would like to apologise again for any inconvenience caused and will update this status entry as soon as further information becomes available.
